On one of them, the right door (from the central console), I made an access to the lower floor and slapped the barracks down there. This gives you two free doors on the Dry Dock. What I did was to slap the Observatory where you have the Custom Obstacle Course, then separated the Dry Dock, with the same orientation you have there, from the Clan Hall by using the labs (including the Oracle Room) and cross corridors.
